Pledge – Be a Climate Changemaker
I hereby join Democrats of Napa Valley and pledge to be a climate changemaker, gathering knowledge and resources to make changes happen to help reduce climate impacts either in my personal life and in my community or beyond. I will be relentless, engaged, and will take responsibility in making climate change efforts a core part of my way of life and for the greater good.
Pledge – Support Climate-Smart Democratic Candidates and Initiatives
I hereby join Democrats of Napa Valley and pledge to support climate-smart Democratic candidates and initiatives that will adequately reduce emissions to address the climate crisis, provide broad-based economic and job opportunities, and help the world’s most vulnerable cope with the fallout from global warming.
Pledge – End Plastic Pollution
I hereby join Democrats of Napa Valley and pledge to no longer purchase or accept single-use plastic bottles of water (less than 21oz) or plastic straws. I further commit to support the reduction of single-use plastics used or sold here in Napa County. And, I also take personal responsibility for the plastic pollution I generate by choosing to reduce, reuse, refuse, recycle, and remove plastics.
